Terms and conditions for using CompletionsHub, including accounts and subscriptions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CompletionsHub, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

CompletionsHub lets you organize public links to your AI Completions into collections stored locally in your browser. Optional user accounts enable cloud sync across devices, public collection publishing, Prompt Library features including Prompt Topics, and paid Pro tools such as the Clip Editor and Movie Maker.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using your email address via a magic link. By creating an account you agree to:

Provide an accurate email address that you control
Keep your account credentials secure
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion removes your account data from our servers and cancels any active subscriptions.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our billing partner, Polar. By subscribing you agree to:

Recurring monthly billing at the price shown at checkout
Automatic renewal until you cancel — you may cancel anytime from your account settings or the Polar customer portal
No refunds for partial billing periods, unless required by applicable law

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

5. Use License

Permission is granted to use CompletionsHub for personal purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify, copy, or redistribute the application or its materials
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the application
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any video content you access or manage through this application complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of the content providers.

7. Publishing & Shared Content

Signed-in users may publish collections and movie variants, making them publicly viewable via unique URLs. By publishing you agree to:

Accept sole responsibility for ensuring that published content complies with applicable laws and the terms of the original content providers
Acknowledge that published collections and movies (names and referenced video URLs) are visible to anyone with the link
Acknowledge that snapshot shares create frozen copies that persist independently of the original collection or movie project

You may unpublish a live collection or movie link at any time, which immediately removes public access. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any published content that violates these Terms.

8. Data Storage

By default, video collections and application preferences are stored locally in your browser. We are not responsible for loss of local data due to clearing browser storage, browser updates, or other technical issues.

If you create an account, your collections, preferences, movie projects, profile information, and subscription status are additionally stored on our servers for cross-device sync. Prompt-related data used by Prompt Library and Prompt Topics may also be processed by our service and supporting infrastructure to retrieve prompts, build topic groupings, and generate topic labels. We do not send Prompt Topics text to external AI naming providers. Published collections are publicly accessible until unpublished. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Disclaimer

CompletionsHub is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CompletionsHub or its operators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

11. Revisions

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where practical.
