Per-collection cloud backups

Optional Pro backup copies for saved collections. You turn them on collection by collection, separate from ZIP downloads.

You choose when backups happen

Pro gives you access to backups, but it does not switch them on automatically. Each saved collection stays un-backed-up until you enable backup for that collection.

That makes the feature flexible: leave it off for collections you do not want stored in backup storage, or turn it on for the ones you want covered.

How it works

A simple way to keep selected collections available inside CompletionsHub.

What you get when you turn it on

Once backup is enabled, CompletionsHub can keep private copies of eligible media from that collection. If the original post disappears or the link stops working later, playback and downloads can switch to the stored copy inside the app.

Requirements

An active Pro subscription.
A signed-in account.
A saved collection, since backup is managed per collection.

How to turn backup on

Open the collection from your workspace or Collections Hub.
Choose Manage collection.
Turn on Back up collection videos.

Backup then starts in the background for eligible items in that collection. If you turn it off later, the app will warn you before removing stored backup copies.

What to look for in the app

The same icon has two states: ready, or actively being used.

The backup icon

Gray means this item has a completed Pro backup ready. CompletionsHub still tries the original source first.

Green means the original failed and CompletionsHub is using your backup right now.

If there is no icon, that item does not currently have a completed backup available for your signed-in Pro account.

Test it out

Create a throw-away test video that you are comfortable deleting later.
Add that video to a saved collection.
Turn on backup for that collection.
Wait for to appear on the card.
Delete that same test video at the source, then come back and play or download it normally.

That gives you a safe way to confirm the collection has its own stored copy ready, without risking a video you actually want to keep live at the source.

Cloud backup vs. ZIP export

They work well together, but they are not the same thing.

Cloud backup keeps selected collection items available inside CompletionsHub while backup stays enabled.

ZIP export creates a one-time archive you can download from the Downloads page.

Privacy

Backup files are for your signed-in use inside CompletionsHub. They are not published as a separate gallery. For more details, see the Privacy Policy.
